非蛋白含氮物对生长猪氮代谢影响的探讨

近年来国内有不少关于尿素氮喂猪获得成效的报导,据了解有的饲料厂已将尿素氮配入猪的混合饲料中。但有关非蛋白氮对生长猪氮代谢方面的影响如今资料不多。Grimson(1979)[1]曾用 N15研究猪利用尿素的能力并发现体组织中虽 N15的浓度超过了自然状态的水平,但效果不显著。从理论上讲,猪不能直接利用非蛋白 N,必须先经过微生物

THE EFFECT OF NPN COMPOUND ON NITROGEN METABOLISM IN YOUNG PIGS
Abstract:
Eight male pigs of Beijing Black from the experimental station were selected and divided into two groups,Viz:control and experimental group fed by the basic diet with or without adding one percent NPN compound containing 30%N.Four N balance tests were carried out at live weight 24,53,57,92 kg respectivly. Pigs fed with added NPN compound diet had an average N retention slightly higher than that of those fed without it.The result indicated that the measure adopted was not beneficial.
