| The present article deals with the production of plantlets from immature endosperm in wheat and rye.the materials used were the immature endosperm of ten days after pollination. Four types of medium were used for wheat.Only two plants were in duced from it.The chromosome of the two root tips was unstable. They were haploid,diploid and triploid.
