赤霉菌[Fusarium moniliforme Sheld(Gibberella fujikuroi(Sawada)Ito ap.Ito Kimura)]的自然异核现象与强制形成异核体

摘要:
共分析了采自全国各地的73株赤霉菌,发现该菌在我国各地普遍以异核体性存在。分析结果指示异核体约占69.9%,纯核体约占30.1%,在同一菌丝的不同部位遗传型不同的核分布很不均匀。以多标记的营养缺陷突变型株作为亲本,采用一种简便的方法强制合成了异核体。
