| 本文研究了应用染料结合法测定谷物赖氨酸含量的反应条件及影响测定的因素。提出了应用 GXD201型蛋白质分析仪联合测定谷物蛋白质和赖氮酸的具体方法。此方法操作简便、经济、快速,有较好的准确度及重现性,适用于在品种资源分析及品质育种工作中筛选大批材,也是简便、快速的常规分析方法应用于谷物和饲料的品质分析。 |

| The dye-binding method for the simultaneous determinaton of total protein and lysine in seed samples using the GXD 201 protein analyzer is disscused in the present paper. The results of this experiment show that correlation between Kjel- dahl-N and DBP-N(dye-binding protein-N)is significantly high.For wheat,barley,maize and sorghum,the day-binding lysine values agree well with total lysine values determined by Amino acid analyzer.
