薄层—生物法测定香蕉中甲基托布津残留量的研究

摘要:
本文报导了测定香蕉中甲基托布津及其活性代谢物残留量的薄层—生物测定方法。该法与其它分析方法比较,具有不需要复杂的净化步骤,在薄层板上可根据同时显现的原药及活性代谢物的抑菌圈进行定性、定量测定;操作简便,并且不需要贵重仪器设备。尤其适用于植物体内外进行活化代谢的杀菌剂残留量测定。该法在香蕉中的最低检出界限为0.1ppm,回收率95%以上,符合常规测定要求。实测结果证明,来自广西、广东的香蕉样本,总残留量不超过 FAO/WHO 推荐的最大残留允许标准1ppm。

TLC-bioassay,a bioautographic method on thin layer plate for qua- ntitative determination of thiophanate-M and its metabolite MBC in banana has been investigated.Banana samples were extracted with ethyl acetat.Without any clean-up procedure,the extract solution evaporated to dryness,then redisolved in 1 ml of methyl alcohol.This alcoholic eluate was spotted on silica gel plate and developed in ethyl acetate.The inhibition zones appeared on the plate clearly,after the spraying of a spore suspension of penici...
