| 使用 GXD201型蛋白质分析仪测定蛋白质含量的染料结合法是快速简易的方法,适用于分析大批样品。本文研究了染料结合法的反应时间,样品重量与染料量,以及蛋白质含量的计算方法。如严格控制试验条件,此方法的准确度和再理性均较好。用于测定小麦,大麦、小黑麦、水稻、玉米、高粱及豆类的蛋白质含量可获得良好的结果。 |
