| 通常认为心脏的右房室瓣都是三尖瓣,这在有蹄类的马、牛、猪、羊是个普遍现象。但大熊猫右房室瓣的形态则比较复杂,用简单的三尖瓣不能说明其特点,所以,我们观察了三例大熊猫的右房室瓣,并与马、牛、水牛、羊、猪和狗的右房室瓣进行了比较,叙述如下。一、右房室瓣(Valva atrioventricularis dextra)大熊猫右房室瓣的附着部,在房室口完全连成一完整的瓣膜,不能区分出独立的瓣膜。三例大熊猫的右房室瓣,自游离缘至附着缘,最窄的部位也有0.4厘米(图2—B)。 |

| Abstract: |
| Three heart of Giant Panda was observed.The valva atrioventri- cularis dextra are only two cusps,the septal cusp and parietal cusp. Each chordae tendineae has a strong one inserted to the parietal plane of the cusp;and a number of their tendines inserted at the free margin.In all Giant Panda,there are three or four septal papillary muscles.Chordae tendieum of each papillary muscle are inserted to two cusps that have not been found in the valva altrioventricularis dextra of Giant Panda. |
