| 一引言蒙古羊為粗毛羊,分佈很廣,是我國綿羊品種中數量最多的。目前我校和中國農業科學院畜牧研究所等單位正在内蒙古自治區察盟五一牧場進行研究,將蒙古羊用細毛羊雜交改良成為毛肉兼用的細毛或半細毛羊品種。這項工作對於我國國民經濟有巨大意義。作者為了配合開展這項研究工作,從1956年夏季開始進行成年錫盟蒙古羊皮膚組織學的研究,目的在觀察蒙古羊皮膚及其衍生物生長發育一般規律,檢查各種因素(季節、飼養、管理、年齡、性别等)對於皮膚及其衍生物的影響;同時為家畜組織學與胚胎學,在綿羊及羊毛方面累積敎學資料。 |

| Abstract: |
| It was observed that the skin of Mongolian sheep consists of three layers, namely epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous layer. The epidermis of the skin is divided into stratum corneum, stratum lucidum, stratum granulosum and stratum germinativum. In some places only one layer of epithelial cell is found in the stratum germinativum.
